Knocksin
Heres a build I've been playing with, be interested to hear what you guys think:

Equipment:
I use Zealous Daggers on one set, +5e daggers on another.
Summary:
You'll want shadow of haste on at all times, cast it somewhere safe, as you can teleport back there by stance-cancelling using dash which should make up for the lack of a self heal somewhat. It also gives a nice speed buff for chasing down your target. You can recast it before it runs out if you want to stay where you are.
The idea of the build is to keep your target on the floor as much as possible while you're damaging them. Start with Shock, then use Falling Spider, Horns of the Ox ( hopefully for another knockdown), Palm Strike and Twisting Fangs to finish.
If you find that the exhaustion from Shock is getting too much, then you can change to this combo: Palm Strike, Horns of the Ox, Falling Spider, Twisting Fangs.
Notes & Concerns:
Obviously, the usual assasin problems apply, try to target enemies without evasion stances if possible, since they can be used even through knockdowns.
There is no self healing, so you'll have to keep an eye on how much damage you're taking.
